Ингредиенты

  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced carrots
  • 1 c. Water
  • 10 x Fresh Habanero chiles, seeds and stems removed, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry the onion in the oil till soft. Add in the carrots and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer till the carrots are soft. Allow the mix to cold to room temperature.
  3. Add in the Habaneros and lime juice to the carrot mix. Place the mix in a blender and puree till smooth.
  4. This sauce will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
