2 mild, long chilies, minced or possibly 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies 2 lg. tomatoes, minced Half a small white onion, chopped or possibly 2 green onions, minced 1 tbsp. vinegar

1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. cilantro leaves Salt to taste (optional)

1. In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients. Serve cool as table salsa.
