Ингредиенты

  • 2 med Onions finely minced
  • 3 med Tomatoes seeded, minced fine
  • 2 x Jalapeno chiles seeded, minced fine
  • 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 bn Italian parsley finely minced
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar

Инструкции

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the onions, tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Whisk together the oil and vinegar in a small bowl and pour over the tomato mix. Mix well, cover and chill till ready to use. Adjust seasonings before serving.
  2. This recipe yields about 2 c. of salsa.
