Ингредиенты

  • 100 ml Mayonnaise, (3 1/2fl ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Anchovy essence
  • 60 ml Double cream
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 x 680 gram pac frzn salmon steaks, defrosted

Инструкции

  1. Blend all the horseradish mayonnaise ingredients together in a bowl to combine. Chill.
  2. Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.
  3. Serve immediately with the horseradish mayonnaise, new potatoes and mangetout.
  4. NOTES : A quickly made sauce to accompany salmon.Ideal served with potatoes and vegetables.
