- Preheat boiler if manufacturer directs.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise dressing, dill, lowfat milk and mustard. set aside
- With tweezers, remove any small bones from salmon fillet. Cut salmon crosswise into 4 pcs.
- Grease broiling rack. Place salmon pcs on rack skin-side down. Brush top of salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon 5-7 inches from heat for about 8-10 min (depending on the thickness of the fillets), or possibly till golden brown on top and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Place salmon on 4 dinner plates; top with mustard sauce.
