- In a small pan, heat the brown sugar, honey and butter. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil and ginger.
- The Salmon:Place the salmon skin side down on aluminum foil. Trim the foil to leave a border 1/2" around the salmon. Brush with the glaze and cook over medium heat for 20 min or possibly till temperature reaches 125F. Remove to a cutting board and slice crosswise into serving pcs.
