Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp diced onion
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Peas
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Salmon
  • 2 can (14 1/2 ounce. each) Potatoes liquid removed and diced
  • 1 x pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. fat free lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion in butter till tender, add in the liquid from the peas and salmon and cook till reduced to about 1/2 c.. Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish add in peas and pepper. Break salmon into large chunks, place on top of veggies. Combine reduced liquid and lowfat sour cream pour over salmon.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. or possibly till veggies have absorbed most of the liquid.
  3. Serves 6 at 5 points each.
