- Cook onion in butter till tender, add in the liquid from the peas and salmon and cook till reduced to about 1/2 c.. Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish add in peas and pepper. Break salmon into large chunks, place on top of veggies. Combine reduced liquid and lowfat sour cream pour over salmon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. or possibly till veggies have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Serves 6 at 5 points each.
