Рецепт Salmon Alfredo
- 2 cups frozen home-style egg noodles, such as Reames
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 jar (14-16 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 t dill weed
- 1/2 t seafood seasoning, (old bay)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can (14 3/4 oz) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
- 1/4 c Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 2 T melted butter
Heat oven to 350. In a large saucepan, cook frozen egg noodles according to package directions. Remove noodles from water, drain. In the same water used to cook the egg noodles, cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain. In large bowl stir together noodles, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, milk, dill weed, seafood seasoning and shredded Swiss cheese; mix well. Gently stir in salmon. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter. Mix well. Sprinkle over top.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden brown.
