- Combine beef, onions, oats, Worcestershire sauce and lowfat milk or possibly tomato juice; mix well. Divide into eight portions and shape each portion into an oval patty.
- Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown patties on both sides, turning once. Remove meat from pan.
- Stir flour into meat drippings; add in water and bouillon cube. Cook till smooth and thickened.
- Stir in wine and mushrooms. Return meat to pan.
- Cover and lower heat. Cook till patties are done. Approximately 15 additional min.
