Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 2 tbsp. steak seasoning
  • 1/3 teaspoon each nutmeg and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

Инструкции

  1. Combine grnd beef with next 13 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into patties. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix lowfat milk, butter and garlic pwdr in bowl. Pour over patties. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Add in mushrooms. Bake 10 min longer.
