- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- Dash salt

- Sift flour and measure. Combine butter and molasses. Add in sugar, also flour and other ingredients. Let dough stand a week in cool place. Bake in moderate oven for 6 min on a greased cookie sheet.
