1 med. head iceberg lettuce, torn, 6 c. 5 ounce. salami, sliced and quartered, 1 c. 4 ounce. Swiss cheese, cut in strips

1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives 3 tbsp. minced pimento 3 c. Italian dressing

1. In salad bowl combine lettuce, salami, cheese, olives and pimiento. Pour Italian dressing over salad and toss lightly. 4 servings.
