2 c. Torn mixed salad greens 1/2 c. Fresh mushroom slices 2 Tbsp. Capers

3/4 x Reserved viniagrette dressing (from appetizer recipe) 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Инструкции

1. Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. capers. Combine viniagrette dressing with mustard - mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads.
2. Makes 2 servings.
