Ингредиенты

1 clove garlic, crushed 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

1. To make dressing: In small container with tightly fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients. Cover tightly and shake thoroughly to mix.
2. To make salad: Place lettuce on serving plate and arrange remaining ingredients over lettuce. Just before serving drizzle with dressing.
3. Makes 1 serving.
