S’Mores Mac and Cheese

Initially, S’mores Mac and Cheese sounds like a culinary adventure gone terribly wrong. It wasn’t. Over the weekend I attended a Pasta Palooza that our son’s girlfriend hosted. I figured there would be lots of savory mac and cheese dishes and I wanted to do something different, something in my wheelhouse.
I made the Smores Mac and Cheese in a 9×13 inch baking pan and dished it up into mini pie pans for the party. Each mini pan easily fed two people.
