Ингредиенты

1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. shortening 1 c. raisins

2 c. oatmeal 2 c. flour 2 teaspoon soda 2 large eggs

Инструкции

1. Beat large eggs with raisins and put into small bowl; set aside. Add in rest of ingredients and stir well. Be sure to add in large eggs and raisins last. I add in 1 cup of walnuts, but which is optional. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 min. One of our favorite cookies.
