- Heat water, sugar and gelatin over medium heat till the gelatin dissolves and becomes clear. Cold slightly. Beat in lowfat sour cream till smooth. Add in almond extract. Beat in Cold Whip till smooth.
- Pour into a 9 x 9 inch square pan and refrigeratetill set. (This also molds well). Serve with your choice of sliced berries. This is a light refreshing dessert. Serves 9.
