1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1/2 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate 1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. whipping cream 2 c. warm strong coffee 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Heat sugar, water, chocolate and salt in medium size saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently till chocolate melts. Stir in lowfat milk and whipping cream; heat till warm. Add in coffee; beat till foamy. Stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs. Serves six 5 oz c..
