2 c. extra virgin olive oil Cooked chicken, cut into 1/2" strips 1 c. minced green onions

1/2 c. minced potato 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper

1. Put chicken, green onions and potatoes in a large bowl. Combine other ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad, wait 15 min to serve.
