Рецепт Runge Pickles

Ингредиенты

1/2 Gallon Sliced Cucumbers 2 sliced onions 3 dried chili peppers 2 Cups Sugar

2 Cups Vinegar 1/4 Cup Pickling Salt 1 Tbsp. Ground Tumeric 1/2 Tsp. Alum

Инструкции

1. Place cukes, onions and onions in a glass gallon jar.
2. Heat Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Tumeric and Alum on stove until solids are dissolved.
3. Pour over cucumbers.
4. Let stand overnight before placing in fridge.
