Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 ounce Canned abalone mushrooms,, (or possibly substitute shiitakes)
  • 1 x Leaf napa cabbage, cut in squares
  • 4 1/2 ounce Cabbage, cut in pcs
  • 7 piece baby corn
  • 4 Tbsp. Cauliflower florets
  • 5 x Pods snow peas, (up to 7)
  • 1/2 x Carrot, cut in diagonal slices
  • 5 x Broccoli florets, (up to 5)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Thai pepper,, (for medium warm)
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce,, (nam pla)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Thai shrimp paste in soybean oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Cashews
  • 1 x Chicken broth
  • 6 x Shrimp,, (21-25 count)
  • 5 x Scallops, each cut in 2 slices
  • 15 x Crawfish tails,, (meat only)
  •     Steamed rice for 2

Инструкции

  1. Heat wok or possibly large skillet. Heat oil and saute/fry garlic 30 seconds. Add in mushrooms, napa cabbage, cabbage, corn, cauliflower, snow peas, carrot, broccoli, paprika, sugar, Thai pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, shrimp paste, cashews, chicken broth as needed (as much as 1-1/2 c.), shrimp, scallops and crawfish. Cook till vegetables are crisp-tender and seafood is done (shrimp should just turn pink). Serve with steamed rice.
