Ингредиенты

1 1/2 pound top round steak, cut into strips 3 tbsp. butter 16 ounce. can stewed tomatoes 1 bell pepper, cut into strips

1 onion, minced Salt and pepper to taste Garlic salt to taste Cooked rice or possibly noodles

Инструкции

1. Brown steak strips in butter, pour in stewed tomatoes; add in bell pepper and onions and seasonings. Cover and simmer about 15 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
