Рецепт Rosemary Sea Salt Soft Pretzels PLUS a Giveaway
by Angela LeMoine

I adore entertaining and do it frequently. Nothing fancy but always delicious. The one tip I always give to people when they ask for entertaining advice…. PREP! You never want to have friends or family over and you’re stuck in the kitchen the whole night, you should be enjoying yourself as well. These Rosemary Sea Salt Soft Pretzels are a great snack that come together super easily thanks to this fantastic mix from Boardwalk Food Co. Be sure to scroll all the way down to enter for a chance to win a box of this pretzel mix!  There is something about soft pretzels that I just can’t get enough of… maybe its the crisp exterior and tender chewy interior that is just snack time perfection. With these Rosemary Sea Salt Soft Pretzels the flavor really just fantastic. I love the earthiness of rosemary and those nice big pieces of sea salt not only enhance the pretzels flavor but add a great bit of texture. Plus, who wouldn’t love how easy this mix makes making gourmet pretzels right at home?! It is as easy as mixing the pretzel mix and a beer {or any carbonated beverage} in a bowl, kneading it on a lightly floured surface for about 6 minutes, rolling, cutting, boiling and baking. These are so easy that my kids did most of the rolling and cutting {don’t worry, they used butter knives}. Easy and so delicious… you can’t go wrong! Oh and besides these awesome pretzels, Boardwalk Food Co. also has 2 other craft beer pretzels flavors and 3 craft beer popper mixes available! I’ve got big plans for the Cornbread Popper mix friends so stay tuned for a recipe for that one as well! I’m thinking along the lines of a good ole fashioned southern dinner.   Print Rosemary Sea Salt Soft Pretzels Author: Angela LeMoine   Ingredients 1 box of Boardwalk Food Co pretzel mix 6 oz beer or any carbonated beverage 2 Tbsp baking soda ½ stick unsalted butter, melted Instructions Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes. Cut the dough into 6 even pieces then roll each piece into round tube. Cut into 2 inch pretzel pieces. In a few batches, place the pretzels into the simmering water for just 5-10 seconds. The dough will float to the top when ready. Drain and place onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
