- Rub pork chops with oil, and sprinkle proportionately with 1/2 tsp. rosemary, salt, and pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 min on each side or possibly till done.
- Stir together fruit filling, lemon juice, and remaining 1/2 tsp. rosemary in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat till thoroughly heated. Spoon proportionately over pork chops; sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
