Рецепт Rosemary Butter
Rosemary Butter
This year I planted my own little herb garden–I’ve done this many times in the past fairly unsuccessfully. However, this year my little garden grew better than can be expected. My biggest problem was what to do with all those herbs!!!
Herb butters are any easy, peasy answer and I have quite a few tucked away in my freezer for those long winter months of snow covering my garden. We put this one on some grilled steaks and it was oh so good, I kid you not! So give this idea a try, you will find all kinds of ways to use up those flavored butters…
Rosemary Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter-at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary-chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Drop the mixture into the middle of a piece of saran wrap and roll it into a log. Close all side of the saran and then wrap it in aluminum foil. Label the outside of the foil and place in the freezer. Take out and set on the counter just before using it.
