  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 4 ounce Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 6 ounce Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Mixed dry fruit
  •     Lightly crushed cornflakes

  1. Okay, this doesn't use up much of your cereal, but it does taste great!
  2. Cream butter and sugar, add in egg and cream again. Add in flour, baking pwdr and mixed fruit. Mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls in lightly crushed cornflakes.
  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min.
