One of the many things I love about it is the fact that it’s low in calories so you get a lot of bang for your calorie back and I love the fact that it’s super easy to make. You can’t beat this recipe!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place the 4 oz. Neufchatel into a food processor along with the 1/4 C white beans and onion and garlic powder

Puree until smooth. Next add in the roasted red peppers and a splash of lemon juice.

Pulse again, until smooth.

Serve with Crackers, or fresh vegetables
