Roasted Potato Slices With Lime And Chili

Ингредиенты

  •     Two, (1/2-lb.) russet (baking) potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Peel potatoes and halve lengthwise. Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices and on a baking sheet toss with oil and salt and pepper to taste. Bake potatoes in one layer in middle of oven, stirring occasionally, 15 min, or possibly till golden brown.
  3. In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili pwdr. Add in hot potatoes and combine well.
  4. Serves 2.
