Roasted Fiddlehead Ferns

Ингредиенты

  • 8 oz. fresh fiddlehead ferns
  • 1 tbsp. lemon flavoured olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. no salt seasoning blend
  • Herbs for garnish (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Wash (several times) and pat dry fiddleheads
  3. Trim any brown stalk, and remove any brown on fern
  4. Place cleaned fiddleheads into a roasting dish
  5. Coat with the olive oil
  6. Add the seasonings, and give a bit of a mix
  7. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring about 1/2 way through
  8. Garnish (if desired)
  9. ENJOY!!
