Ингредиенты

  • 5 lb Whole sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 c. Sliced apples
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter

Инструкции

  1. Peel and julienne sweet potatoes. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven till potatoes are tender. Serve warm and enjoy!
