  • 1/2 c. Softened butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 6 x Ears of corn

Инструкции

  1. Cream together butter & salt till fluffy. Combine herbs & blend into butter. Keep mix at room temperature 1 hour to blend flavor.
  2. Turn back husks of corn; remove silks with stiff brush. Place each ear on a piece of foil. Spread corn with butter. Lay husks back into position. Wrap corn securely. Roast ears directly on warm coals; turn frequently till corn is tender, 12-15 min.
