3-4 pound chuck or possibly rump roast 6 carrots, cut in 3" lengths 3 onions, halved, not peeled 8 sm. potatoes, halved, not peeled 8 sm. cloves garlic

1 (10 ounce) bottle Club Soda 2 T Worcestershire sauce 1 T Tabasco 2 T soy sauce

1. Place roast on rack in covered roaster. Make 8 small deep slits in roast and insert 1 clove of garlic in each. Place vegetables around roast and sprinkle all with Worcestershire, Tabasco and soy sauce. Pour club soda over all and roast (covered) at 250 degrees for 4-5 hrs.
