2 c. canned minced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. beef or possibly vegetable broth
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. diced carrots
2 c. diced potatoes
1 1/4 c. sliced celery

Add in any additional vegetables you want. Cook on LOW all day.
