1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced 1 (15 ounce) can Hormel chili (no beans)

1 pound pasteurized cheese spread (Velveeta)

1. Cut cheese into cubes and heat in a double boiler over low heat while stirring. Stir in chili and Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies. Slow cooker works instead of double broiler.
