Ингредиенты

  • 20 x Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts cut up
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Crush crackers coarsely and add in walnuts. Beat the egg whites and gradually add in the sugar, baking pwdr and vanilla. Mix with the crackers and nuts and spread in a pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. in 350 oven. Cover with whipped cream and top with grated sweet chocolate or possibly Hershey bar. Best if cream is put on 1/2 day before serving, also good second day. Important: Crust will fall when cold, that is what it should do to hold the cream. Sure is good.
