  • 6 ounce Unsweetened chocolate sq.
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Heat chocolate squares in double boiler, over warm, but not boiling water. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt together.
  2. Cream suagr and butter together till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add in vanilla and mix well. Add in dry mix alternately with lowfat milk. Mix well. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into: for brownies; a greased 10 x 15 inch pan, for cake; a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 deg f for (cake) 40-45 min, for brownies, bake for 25-30 min. Frost with chocolate glaze when cold.
  4. Makes (cake or possibly brownies) 18servings.
