2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. salsa (more if you like)
1 15 ounce can baked beans

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
(tortilla chips)

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe glass or possibly Pyrex casserole dish and heat in the microwave for about 2 to 3 min, or possibly till heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, or possibly on a plate as a meal with a salad.
