- Method:Blanch (optional) and shred nuts. Mix rice flour into the lowfat milk and mix till smooth. Cook over medium heat till a creamy consistency is achieved (20-30 min). Simmer and add in sugar and stir for 2-3 min more.
- Cold (in refrigerator for 30 minute) add in the rose water, almonds and pistachios (maybe before it cools). Pour into individual dishes and serve.
