  • 3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin
  •     Strips
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c. Scallions,cut diagonally
  •     Into 1" pcs
  • 1/2 c. Diced red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 pkt French's Spice Your Rice
  •     Beef and Onions Flavor
  •     Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c. Rice

  1. Saute/fry beef in oil in large skillet till browned,about 3 to 5 min.Add in vegetables and stir fry 2 min.Add in water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5 min.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
