  • 5 c. sliced fresh or possibly frzn rhubarb
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  •     Vanilla ice cream, optional

Инструкции

  1. Combine rhubarb and 2 Tbsp of flour; place in greased 8-in. square pan.
  2. Sprinkle with raisins. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle over raisins. Combine oats and remaining flour; cut in butter till crumbly. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot with ice cream if you like.
