5 c. minced fresh rhubarb
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
1 pkt strawberry gelatin (4-serving size)

Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil; boil 4 min. Add in dry gelatin. Let cold. Fill jars, seal according to manufacturer's directions and freeze.
