.%20But%20then%20I%20had%20a%20look%20at%20Nom%20Nom%20Paleo:%20Food%20for%20Humans,%20which%20came%20out%20on%20Tuesday.%20Here%E2%80%99s%20the%20deal:%20it%E2%80%99s%20so%20good%20that%20writing%20anything%20other%20than%20a%20single%20book%20review%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20do%20this%20piece%20of%20art%20justice.%20Don%E2%80%99t%20even%20read%20this%20review,%20just%20go%20buy%20the%20book.%20Not%20convinced?%20Well,%20then%20keep%20reading.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20book%20features%20over%20100%20recipes,%20half%20of%20which%20aren%E2%80%99t%20on%20their%20website%20or%20iPad%20app.%20It%E2%80%99s%20teeming%20with%20humor%20and%20love%20from%20Michelle,%20beautifully%20illustrated%20by%20Henry,%20and%20tailored%20for%20those%20who%20appreciate%20good%20food%20but%20don%E2%80%99t%20appreciate%20extended%20cooking%20times.%20The%20book%20focuses%20on%20fresh%20ingredients%20and%20simple%20preparations,%20but%20with%20surprising%20variety%20and%20depth%20of%20flavor.%20Some%20of%20the%20recipes%20are%20fairly%20challenging,%20but%20Michelle%20walks%20you%20through%20each%20step%20with%20ease.%20We%E2%80%99ve%20been%20cooking%20some%20of%20these%20recipes%20for%20years%20now%20and%20they%20never%20disappoint.%20This%20book%20is%20a%20best-of%20collection.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20my%20favorite%20parts%20about%20this%20book%20is%20that%20it%E2%80%99s%20super%20light%20on%20desserts,%20and%20has%20only%20one%20(count%20it,%20one!)%20baked%20treat.%20It%E2%80%99s%20chock-full%20of%20vegetable%20and%20seafood%20recipes,%20both%20of%20which%20are%20woefully%20underrepresented%20in%20the%20Paleo%20community.%20Beyond%20the%20recipes,%20the%20book%20is%20a%20heartwarming%20tale%20of%20a%20family%20that%20seems%20incapable%20of%20doing%20anything%20but%20be%20creative%20and%20have%20fun,%20with%20little%20illustrations%20and%20jokes%20spread%20throughout%20the%20whole%20thing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENom%20Nom%20Paleo:%20Food%20for%20Humans%20is%20out%20in%20all%20major%20bookstores%20in%20hardcover,%20and%20on%20Kindle,%20iBooks,%20and%20Google%20Play.%20They%E2%80%99re%20also%20offering%20a%2050-page%20preview%20of%20the%20book%20here%20if%20you%E2%80%99re%20interested.%20Seriously,%20get%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
