1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly cooked salad dressing 2 T chili sauce 1 teaspoon onion, grated 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 c. cabbage, shredded

4 slices rye bread 2 slices turkey 2 slices ham, baked 2 slices Swiss cheese

Инструкции

1. In small bowl, put together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice; mix well. Add in cabbage, toss to coat cabbage well. Chill till well chilled. For each sandwich on 1 slice rye bread, layer 1 turkey slice, top with half of liquid removed coleslaw, then with 1 slice ham (folded over) and 1 slice cheese (folded over). Place rye bread slice on top. Makes 2 sandwiches.
