  • 2 1/2 c. Boiling water
  • 2/3 c. Small red cinnamon candies
  • 2 pkt (3 ounce) lemon gelatin pwdr
  • 1 can (1 lb) sweetened applesauce
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise

Инструкции

  1. Combine boiling water with the red warm cinnamon candies in saucepan; stir over low heat to dissolve candies. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin. Blend in applesauce. Pour half of mix into a 2 qt mold or possibly 8 in square pan; refrigeratetill hard. Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise; add in nuts.
  2. Spread cheese mix over chilled mix. Pour remaining gelatin mix over cheese mix. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly till hard.
