I know that this isn’t much a recipe, however, I have to share because it REALLY. REALLY. made the difference in making ordinary enchiladas into extraordinary ones!! This isn’t rocket science, if you don’t have the Red Chili Enchilada SAuce, by all means use adobo sauce or cheese sauce or even just salsa for that matter…

Red Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup La Preferida Red Chili Enchilada Sauce

Directions:

Mix and chill, pour over enchiladas or use as a dip for fresh tortilla chips!
