Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Medium-warm red chile pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Water

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic; saute/fry 2 min.
  2. Stir in chile pwdr. Add in water, stirring with a wire whisk till blended.
  3. Remove from heat. Strain the mix through a fine sieve into a small bowl; throw away solids. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
