1 c. Uncle Ben's long grain rice
2 can Red chili beans in chili
1 tsp Chili pwdr

1/4 tsp Cumin
Dash garlic salt

In saucepan heat beans without letting it boil and stir in chili pwdr, cumin and garlic salt. When piping warm, spoon chili mix into 6 small dishes, adding a few tb of warm, cooked rice to each serving. Season with Chili Seasoning Mix, if you like.
