Did you guys have a fun Memorial Day weekend?  We did.  This is one of my favorite summer recipes!  Celebrate the season with this Strawberry Cream cake.  It is light, airy and extremely satisfying.  For me, it is the perfect summer Strawberry Cream Cake (makes 10 to 12 ¾ cup cake ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon 4 large eggs, room ¼ tsp. ¼ tsp. cream of 1 Tbsp. 1 tsp. 3 cups chopped strawberries, ½-inch 1 Tbsp. 1 5.3 ounce container of Icelandic 1½ cups confectioners’ sugar, 1 tsp. 1½ cups heavy whipping Heat the oven to 350◦ F.
