Ингредиенты

1 1/2 pound grnd beef 1 lg. white onion, minced 1 lg. green pepper, minced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can tomatoes, cut up

1 sm. box minute rice 1 lg. can V-8 1 sm. pkg. frzn corn (may also add in lima beans) Salt & pepper to taste

1. Brown grnd beef, onion, green pepper and garlic together. Drain fat.2. Add in tomatoes, V-8, corn (and limas, if using). Bring to low boil.
2. Add in box of minute rice. Cook a couple min longer, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve with warm, buttered corn bread and a fresh tossed salad.
