Рецепт Recipe For Apple, Vanilla And Cinnamon Iced Tea
by Tandy Sinclair

With the Five Roses tea I was sent I made Apple, Vanilla And Cinnamon Iced Tea. I boosted the flavour with fresh lime juice and sweetened it with honey. Using mint as a garnish this was very refreshing on a hot summers’ day. Head straight on to the Recipe For Apple, Vanilla And Cinnamon Iced Tea ♥ They say that it takes 21 days to break a habit. So working from that, I would say that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Up until the start of our water restrictions I showered with the water at full pressure. I have always done so, and find it is the best way to wash my hair. During this drought I have turned the water down to a trickle. I get the same feeling as being under the water, but without it cascading over me. The water is like a gentle stream rather than a torrent. I have got so used to this that now I cannot shower with the water on full blast. When we were away I put the shower on like I used to do, and then found myself turning the pressure down while I was standing under the water. Today’s inspiration ♥ Recipe For Apple, Vanilla And Cinnamon Iced Tea ♥ can be found on Lavender and Lime Click To Tweet I am not sure when this habit changed but from now on I expect that this will be the norm. Another habit I am going to break is using only rooibos tea for my iced teas. I was sent an amazing selection of teas from Five Roses and Freshpak Rooibos. Being so used to using Rooibos tea I started off by making ice tea with that. It was flavoured with honey, lime and vanilla and garnished with berries. Then I tried the Five Roses Green Tea bags in an iced tea with ginger, mint and honey. I found this so refreshing that I decided to try something totally different. Using another of the tea bags I was sent, I made Apple, Vanilla And Cinnamon Iced Tea. Click on the links for conversions and notes.
